Guilty Pleasures🤭

This mountain of shaved ice was coated with Choco powder and encircled in banana slices. It was topped with whipped cream, brownies and rich chocolate ice cream. Every mouth had a burst of chocolate flavour and there were even more chocolate powder within the shaved ice. The condense milk gave another kick to the dessert and my friend and I were certain we were gonna get diabetes after this hahah

Sinful but worth every calorie!!

This piqued my interest as soon as I saw it on the menu. Espresso poured over vanilla ice cream? Sign me up! The sweet ice cream overpowered the bitter espresso and they complimented each other nicely. The ice cream was unfortunately not enough to accompany all of the espresso and we were just drinking (and dying) from the extremely bitter espresso☕️

Finally tried it to see what the hype was about! We were served two piping hot pies that were shaped like pillows. The outer layer was crispy and it was filled with banana fillings (made w real bananas) and chocolate fillings! The chocolate part kinda reminded me of the chocolate pie that was served for a limited period of time earlier this year! It was the perfect combination of banana and chocolate and it satisfied my sugar cravings (despite the sky-high number calories in this pie🤭)

Good ol’ frosty bingsu! Even thought the hype has died down, we all know we can count on bingsu for a solid dessert. I was pleasantly surprised to find some delicious rice cake on the bingsu! Perfect for a hot sunny day in sg 🌞

Second time here!! Somehow it just gets better and better?? I got my usual matcha lava cookie however this time I topped it with black sesame ice cream! The ice cream was fragrant and I could taste the black sesame that had gone into making this gelato. I never knew that black sesame could complement the matcha
lava so well and was truly impressed by it! Tried the iced strawberry sundae tea as well and it was so refreshing!! They even put 2 tea bags inside so that it wouldn’t be that diluted after the ice melted. I will be back for more heheh😚

The charcoal crunch had lotus biscuit bits that added texture to the smooth creamy ice cream! The staff was super friendly and offered to let us try a few flavours before choosing which flavour we wanted!

I expected the ice cream to be super thick & sweet but it turned out to be a light gelato with a subtle taste of peanut butter and cacao nibs. Honestly quite impressed with their unique taste and wide selection of gelato flavours!!🍦

WeWW LaVA COOKIES!!!! I’ve always wanted to try this so when I knew it was one of the cafes included in Burpple beyond, I knew I had to try it! With the 1-for-1 deal, we ordered two lava cookie sets accompanied by two cups of tea for $12.80. Pretty worth I would say! It was the perfect combination of warm fresh-out-of-the-oven cookie & frozen ice cream. The earl grey ice cream wasn’t too sweet and it went really well with the green tea lava! Truly worth every calorie🤤

We ordered the signature, marron, green tea and rose Mille crepes. Ahhhh another crepe cake filled with cream🙄 That was my initial thought when my aunt & uncle suggested eating there. At first sight, they looked like ordinary crepe cakes but man when I took my first bite, I was proven wrong. I could taste every layer of crepe & cream and this was surprisingly not ‘jelak’ (yes I googled the right spelling) like I thought it would be. My favourite one was the rose Mille crepe & the layer of rose flavoured gelatin at the top really got me. The green tea Mille crepe came in second and I loved how the bitter taste of green tea masked the sweetness of the cream! The tea complimented the cake really well and I’m alr craving for my next slice of Mille crepe😋
