Hawker Delights
My first impression of this western stall while receiving my cheesy chicken chop is "wow, so big plate" costs around SGD7. And, the chicken is cooked well with good marinate. I found this stall in Aperia Mall Foodcourt - Kao Western.
A stall located at a coffeeshop with very friendly hawker. Xiao Long Bao is very tasty with super thin outer skin and nice fillings at SGD4.50 for 6. The skin may be thin but does not break.
My first time trying this fishball noodle as happened to be around there to hunt for Kueh. Noodles are cooked very well which are springy and nice. The seasoning is so good with a nice chilli. I will definitely visit this stall again!
Nice western food in a foodcourt with a competitive price tag. Ordered fried chicken with fried rice and egg at SGD7.50.
There is oyster and prawn in it. Outer layer is super crisp and inner layer is soft and tasty. One is just not enough. Price at sgd2.
Reasonably priced and delicious western food. Mashed potato is smooth and tasty. Many types of sauce to choose for the main.
Crunch and juicy for the roasted meat (烧肉)and soft and juicy for the roasted duck (烧鸭). Costs me SGD6 a plate.
Spaghetti cooked in garlic sauce with herbal chicken thigh at SGD8.00. A twist from the usual rice. Chicken meat is tender and spaghetti tastes great.
A bowl of minced meat noodles with a number of sliced mushroom 🍄, some pork slices and one yummy fishball. The noodle is really cooked well (very Q)and sauce is good. It costs SGD4.80.
Big thigh set with a mild taste of herbal. Chicken meat is very tender and chilli sauce is really good. The set is at SGD6.80.
A really generous plate of rojak full of ingredients. The youtiao is crispy and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Best part is topped with lot of crushed peanuts.😋
The set includes rice, fried omelette, cabbages and of course the star of the day which is the curry at SGD7. Is a satisfying set for one pax.
