Cafe

Bakery on counter looked good - led to some expectations and hence ended up disappointed as the taste was mediocre. Hot drink was also lukewarm and diluted.

Service was quite messy perhaps due to crowd on a Saturday morning (around 10am) - they got my toast order wrong but with no receipt given, don't know if cashier or kitchen erred. Overheard another group receiving a wrong order too.

Price is still acceptable for 'cafe' range - $2.80 for a slice of fresh-baked toast with spread. But unlikely to make a detour just for a return visit.

Croissant: Earl grey jam has strong flavour without being too heavy or sweet. Goes well with croissant.

Sandwich: Lightly toasted bread with chicken and generous sandwich fillings. Pretty yummy! Has "meal" option - 1 drink included.

More of mid-afternoon snack /light bites portion size.

Salted Caramel - vanilla waffles with salted caramel ice cream & sauce, I added additional scoop of hazelnut ice cream!
Both ice cream flavours were yummy! Not many places have a big menu for waffles, really looking to try more!

Wide selection of waffles here with big scoops of ice cream! Waffles were fluffy and on the softer side, goes well with the malty Horlicks ice cream and sauce.

Good selection of teas and great customer experience! At a good price point too, cheaper than branded tea houses. Great place to chill and wind down, love the attention to detail. For hot choices, they offer refill of hot water too!

That avocado smash is amazing! Yummy corn fritters but would be perfect if the fritter were more dense and the fillings do not fall apart so easily. Great taste nonetheless!
