Quite a tasty dish! The chilli is added at the side for u to mix into the rich flavourful broth. The noodles are soft, tamago eggs done well and the char siew is tender. However, only 1 char siew is given. Still, very value for money!
The other dish featured is Ajitama Jukusei Tonkotsu Ramen ($13.90).
Lightly torched salmon cubes, cucumber slices and fragrant rice in secret sauce.
Taste very flavourful, seem like the secret sauce comes from the black cubes. Looks like a small serving but very filling.
Halal certified restaurant. This maki roll is very good and flavourful, the unagi is fresh even though it's quite pricey.
Value for money, will come back again! Unagi was soft and grilled well, serving was generous. The unagi rolls are good for sharing. Service was quite slow.
A cosy place found at Level 7, Orchard Central. The signature Ramen consists of a rich, creamy pork bone soup, roasted garlic oil & homemade char siu. You can choose 3 different textures for noodles and the other noodle items on the menu are based on what toppings u want (e.g With spring onion, beansprouts, green onions).
The broth was aromatic and not too salty despite the garlic oil. Choose soft noodles which suits what I like. However, I don't really like the char siu, it was quite thick and dry.
Also ordered the fried chicken karrage with wasabi mayo sauce for dip. This looks more like a chicken cutlet. Found it to be too oily.
Affordable and decent place for a dinner.
The homemade yuzu-soysauce-chilli oil dip makes the noodles more flavourful & rich, not too spicy too! The noodles have a soft & springy texture. Buta gyoza seem like normal gyoza with a layer of fried flour on top, not recommended to order.
Price wise is affordable but taste wise I find it not very wow.
