Limbo fish in Flame flavour.
Added enoki mushrooms, beancurd stick, wide potatoe noodles and lotus roots. Limbo fish comes with lesser bone and has juicer/ more tender meat.
This flame flavour is rather spicy so not for those who can't take spicy food.
Spent about $75 in total. Good for two pax. You can probably add more sides or some carbs if more people are sharing.
Used the Burpple beyond deal and spent approx $100 for four pax. Additional $10 for one extra soup base. Quite a wide variety of ingredients on the buffet menu to add into the steamboat. Worth it!
