$18++. This felt a bit expensive as although it was nice, it wasnโt suuuuper good or anything haha but appreciated the onsen egg and the portion was decent
$16.8. Tried this again after a while and still as good as before. Also still as crowded as before.
$6++. Was quite excited to finally try this as previously it had been out of stock, but actually kind of wish the salmon was a bit less cooked and that there was more avocado... The mentaiko is generous though.
$14. Gotta say this wasnโt v cheap for a hawker centre but enjoyed the beef slices (enough to cover the amount of rice!) and the onsen egg.
$14. Tried this dish using Burpple Beyond and itโs not bad! Feels like quite a lot of mayo or whatever that sauce is but the amt of salmon felt pretty decent too and overall not bad :-)
$10.9. Decided to give this a try since I usually get the mentaiko. This one comes with 7 pieces of salmon (they actually kindly specify on their menu about how many slices they put in each menu item). Chili rly a bit spicy cause itโs chili padi but enjoyed the kick hahaha
$7.9 + $2 more for sashimi. Tried this for the first time (is it new?) and pleasantly surprised. Interesting ingredient choices and enjoyed the sashimi haha. Hope to try more!
$11.9. I really like how itโs customizable, but I somehow always go for this combi anyway. Decided to get the half avocado this time (treat yoself) and it was pretty good!! Felt decent for a $2 top up.
$5. Accidentally discovered this while looking for Sushi Express (itโs replaced). At first when I saw this on the menu I thought it was pretty pricey but the pieces of salmon are relatively big. The mentaiko and Sriracha ones were not bad but the BBQ one was a bit weird haha
$6++. Saw this new item on the menu and had to give it a try! Appreciated the tempura fried salmon topped with an onsen egg. Also, this outlet has a queuing system so we didnโt need to queue in front of the shop.
$13.6 (including drink). This was my second time here and I tried the curry udon and no regrets! For someone who doesnโt really like the traditional udon, this was good for me. Loved that it came with the onsen egg and also added some of the toppings (spring onion, tempura bits, seaweed).
$8.9. Tried this as itโs currently on promo (2 items for $9.9) - is a mix of salmon sashimi, kimchi & cheese inside the roll. Was pleasantly surprised by the taste, & was quite worth it with the promo! However, they donโt have their own seating space so gotta find your own around Ion (but no worries as there are quite a number haha).
