All About Chinese Cuisine
($7.50) It's mid spicy taste but slightly sour taste than I have tried previously. I felt that it's not bad but a bit salty taste. They give a lot of sliced fish inside the soup w noodle. but the serving size is very small.
($13.80) I felt that Pork Chop Fried Rice was quite nice, slightly dry aftertaste but strong egg taste. Pork Chop just crunchy but slightly salty taste tbh.
($3.90) previously my mum order their chee cheong fun series instead of their steamed rice. I felt that their steamed rice serving size was quite small tbh. The taste otherwise not that bad.
($9.50) comes with onsen egg its kinda strange when i eat main store on previous day but i eat second store on next day lmao. it remind me of chinese chicken curry paste lmao. But the batter was quite too much and less meat inside.
($8) ($1 for fried egg) I finally tried their salted egg pork rice after a long time. The sauce was quite not that creamy or spicy as I thought it. But pork cutlet very nice and crunchy tbh as its not much "extra" batter.
Carnivore Dongbei Braised Meat
($7.90) the pork meat was quite tender but the marinated sauce was quite sweet. But I felt that it was meh even though they did give side dish such as marinated kimchi, long beans and braised pota
Pork Ribs Fried Rice (排骨炒饭)
($6.70) Need to wait at least 15 minutes for food buzzer to be v i b r a t e and finally managed to order recommended dish (Pork Ribs Fried Rice). I really like their pork ribs to be tender and chewy and that not hard. I felt that their fried rice was not much taste except a bit of egg flavour. It's quite dry aftertaste tbh for fried rice.
Beijing Dumpling
($5.50) I felt that their dumpling skin was quite thick but the filling was not that bad and pair with vinegar.
Chinese Seaweed ($3) ; Lady's Finger ($3) ; Bean Noodles ($3) ; Smoked Duck ($4) I felt that their smoked duck was not that bad tbh.
($8.80) consisted of two medium tofu and four egg inside hot plate. I didn't expected that it's too much for my friend to eat finish. It's quite spicy aftertaste as my friend cannot handle.
($14.50) included braised pork rice, oyster and pig intestine mee sua and chicken rice. I felt that braised pork rice was not that bad; oyster and pig intestine mee sua's broth was quite thick but contained a lot of flavour (vinegar); chicken rice was quite bland taste. I finally tried their signature trio combo after seeing over the place at social media. I also add-on molten yolk egg ($1.70) being marinated and also mini pork ball soup ($2) included radish made less heaty and also chewy and not that hard.
