Pancakes With Six Packs

There's a queen in every lady's heart 👑, hence the Queen of Heart. The raspberry flavoured ice cream is kinda sourish while the creme brulee cheesecake has a hint of saltiness, but I find it weird to have both in one bite... Overall, everything is a bit dry cause the lack of sauce(?)...

Have been eyeing on nutella on the rack when doing grocery shopping. Hence, this goes without saying that Nutella Waffle (RM22) it is! To my dismay, can hardly taste any nutella... 😔 The waffle is like the fluffy waffle + crepe type so it's more "stretchy" and and chewy type. If you are a fans of crispy waffle, it's definitely not for you.

Reading the name Coconut Gula Melaka Waffle (RM23), it has all the essential local dessert flavour: coconut, gula melaka, and caramelised banana. The presentation is on point but sadly the flavour isn't doing the same impact to our tastebud. The waffle is crispt but very "empty" and hollow when bite into it. And we can barely taste any Gula Melaka... Perhaps they can drizzle a few more teaspoon on top.

This reminds me so much of the thai dessert 'Red ruby', mainly because the essential ingredients are the same: coconut , jackfruit, coconut sago. The Owls is always known for its waffle - This Jack & Sweet Potato (RM22) makes no exception. I really love their sweet potato cream complement very well with the light and crispy waffle, the jackfruit they used are also very fresh. We enjoyed it a lot!

I love mochi and so I'm biased. Love the chewiness of mochi.

Kinda messy presentation. Taste nothing like Earl Grey. Forget about this.

Very nice presentation. Best combo of sweet and savoury! The portion is alright for a normal person. I don't mind the waffle to be more crispy.

All the local delight goodness in a plate. If you love coconut and kaya, look no further, it's the perfect waffle for you.

The apple crumbles are soooo nice, together with the warm, crisp and fluffy waffles and some caramel sauce. Despite me being utterly full, I licked my plate clean!
