Worth Trying

Didn't expect bak zhang can taste so good and something different from the usual flavors i usually eat ! 🙂 Totally would eat this again ^.^

The Mac and Cheese is definitely not your usual dish where you get sick of the cheese after a while. This is SOOO good and you can literally taste the different cheese that goes into making the dish :)

Love the appetiser which is the chilli crusted bone marrow topped up with sourdough. It was so delicious and this is a MUST have that I will order the next time I go :)

The mushroom risotto is definitely one of my favourites :) The serving is not too big and the cheese and the cream blends in really well! My fav has also got to be the assorted desserts they have! the star is defo the grilled banana and i will go back there for this again. The pizza was quite good too but too much for me hahha

Ordered the taro yogurt with brown sugar pearls which was really good! Only guilty of it being too sweet and will take note to reduce my sugar level the next time i order again. Also ordered the mango grapefruit with yoghurt which was super refreshing :)

The Wagyu Denver was super tender (: Love the semi crust on the outside and the succulent meat in the inside! The size of the steak was just nice and it semi melts in your mouth. Would have preferred it even more if there were more sides (e.g. potato or salad) as part of the dish as well

Broccoli was grilled very nicely and I love the chilli and anchovy sauce that goes together with it! It has a tinge of lemon and salt with it!

Location was super easy to navigate! Just a few mins away from Botanics Garden and i will defo head there again

Ordered the shabu shabu sliced pork and prawn noodles with soup! The soup containing the ingredients was amazingly tasty and I do not feel thirsty at all after drinking all the soup!!! The broth was truly refreshing and I thought of my seafood pao fan while eating…. However the soup based with the noodles doesn’t feel as tasty, not sure why. Would totally go back just for the broth again 🤩

Also ordered the whole crispy prawn cracker! Wasn’t too oily but not a big fan of it.

The original ribs was surprisingly quite filling. Highly reco to share! Meat from the ribs was relatively tender and the sauce complements the ribs so well. Could literally taste the potato from the 🍟 and wouldn’t mind ordering another serving of fries the next time I go. The salad could have been better imo with different types of veg like onions, purple cabbage etc

Also ordered the Chrizo Mac & Cheese which was quite decent. Doesn’t feel jelat at all as the sauce wasn’t too cheesy or thick. Good for sharing. Would’ve preferred if they topped it up with ham too 🙃

First time trying a vegan milkshake ✌🏻

Made with almond milk and came together with a huge piece of cake.

Also, recommended to have at least 3 ppl to share this milkshake. Its HUGE

To be clear, this dish is NOT part of Burpple’s one-for-one promotions.

So apparently nachos, cheese and pork make a good combination. Pork is good, cheese is...well, just cheese, but interestingly the nachos when eaten plain has a slight salty taste that made me want to keep eating it. Will recommend that you give this fish a try if you’re heading to this place. Although, note that the portion may be a little big for 2 ppl to share. 3-4 ppl should just about do it.

However this is one of the freshest and meatiest mussels I’ve ever eaten. The mantou accompanied with the curry went really well together and it’s something definitely worth trying. This is something I highly recommend you to try if you’re planning to eat here.
