tried their Lychee Oolong💗 which is their new flavor. Both lychee and oolong is more of an after taste which i think they used lychee oolong tea to make the creme 🤔

Their Chicken Bacon Pie surprised me by how good it is💯 It’s meaty inside with cookie crust outside💗 served with salad as well 😋

Food —— Personally prefer the cakes here than pastries 🤭 Especially their latest Lychee Osmanthus Cake 🍰✨ The Miso Kouign Amann is really crispy with a salty touch 👅 Noting how three of us @fatpigdiary @sweetsncrackers all gotten the iced lychee lemon tea - it’s a favorite and best for the hot weather 🍋
Ambience —— The new space is much more spacious with a unique gallery layout catering to the takeaway crowd 🥰 and giving attention and reverence towards their pastries and cake 🙌

surprisingly yummy and tender with refreshing purple cabbage coleslaw base:)

ribeye steak ($37) is a really good cut! much better than many restaurants even fine-dining💯 there was no tendon inside at all, tender with a good chew 👍 highly recommend and a regular place to check out!

did you know hay gelato is branched from brine? you can try their blue pea and vanilla sweet cream as dessert at Brine!

interesting play to classic chicken rice 🐓 worth trying!!!! one of the top few innovative hawker recreation dish that i tried, no regrets getting it as your main using burpple 1 for 1❤️

my favorite dish of the burpple beyond set special ($98)❤️ rich in unami flavor from the generous amount of crab meat topped with ikura and seasoned with scallion oil 🤯🤩✨ i could have another portion.
