We didn't know this dish need to pre-order first but we are lucky to have their last plate. So full of contrasting flavour that complement well each other. Its even better than some store som tum. Zesty, spicy, sweet and savoury all at once. Nice.
Celery and mock pork cooked in budu sauce. Side with rice and a fried egg. Savoury dish. Was okay for me.
The vegetarian place so good that we went back again for a last meal.

For producing this dish in vegetarian, I'm amazed. The Basil and spiciness hits the spot. Loads of vegetarian ingredients were used too. Comes with rice and fried egg. Strong spices taste too.
Laksam is another Kelate dish that you need to try. It is flat rice noodles in fish gravy, to put it in simpler term.
Its kinda like laska but its not. Laksam carry its own unique identity just like laksa have its own too.
Rice roll noodles were not the typical chee cheong fun texture in your mind, although they look kinda similar, but rather it have a chewy texture and thicker in size.
Fish gravy is its unique identity that makes this dish delicious. Thick coconut milk blend with de-bone Mackerel flake. The process of preparing this broth takes up a fair bit of time due to the main ingredient which is the Mackerel, needs to be cooked, de-bone and then flaked it.
Taste wise savoury fishy but its a good one.
Throw in the ulam and add a bit of sambal belacan to give more texture and flavours.

Cowboy Signature Coffee(RM 13)š
Coffee with a thin layer of savoury cheese foam on top. Coffee taste like your local Iced Kopi but more atas and rich in flavour. Need to stir well before drinking.

Healthy smoothie. Creamy and smooth. For some reason, it tasted more like banana than avocado. Lol.
Fluffy toast topped off with a scoop of ice cream, sprinkled with Biscoff and drizzled with honey. It will be a better toast if the butter taste was more prominent at the bottom inner layer.
