Here at Hideki, you get to build your own bowl! Get to choose the base - sushi rice/soba/salad and then the protein - chicken/pork/beef/salmon and then you can choose add ons for different prices. I added onsen egg and edamame :)

Since I was in the area a while back, I decided to try 925 Yishun Chicken Rice 😜 Aside from the tender and moist chicken, the highlight of this has to be the SUPER fragrant rice which was just slightly oily 💯 This plate of rice really topped the charts for me for the most fragrant chicken rice ‘s rice 😂
