Set Lunches

Gorgeous lamb rack that falls nively off the bone; a very good portion for the man (not for the light palate). Perfectly cooked barramudi crusted with squid ink, loaded with crashed peanuts. Beef bone marrow and nicely charred asparagus on mozzarella cheese for starters... worth a try especially with beyond app.

A rich slice of dense dark chocolate cake served with pear goes well with an aromatic cuppa 黑糖 coffee... price is a little steep but still worth it.

Yuzu Cremeux, white chocolate vanilla mousse + light sponge. A light on the palate. Great for someone like me who don't like my cake too sweet. Taste the Yuzu when u reach the centre of the cake. 😋

Set lunch came with choice of appetiser, main course and desserts from ala carte menu. Very feeling... We had Spicy salmon and avocado shrimp tacos for starters. Shrimp chorizo pasta and Sea bass for mains. A spiced apple tarte and deconstructed tiramisu. The mains and starters were good. Desserts didn't appeal to us so much. Overall a good meal...
