Bad Food 😠

Not worth trying at all. Tuckshop Rice is really tasteless and not salty at all, just like plain rice with egg on top. The wait time is horrible, super slow service :( The website said 10mins from Lorong Chuan MRT perhaps to attract customer but it is actually 25-30mins away. Quite dishonest. I wouldn't recommend the food at all though...

Not worth trying at all. Sauce looks yellow but tastes just like normal seafood beehoon from zichar stall. Too watery sauce too :( Also extremely small portion even for a small eater like me. This is the outlet at Chinatown point. Ordered a bowl of Beef Tenders Pho and a bowl of Beef Shank Pho. Very small portion of pho noodles with little meat. Soup tasted very bland, lacked flavour (neither tasty nor fragrant) and was not salty enough. Had to add fish sauce to make it saltier.

NY Night Market (313@Somerset)

● Macaroni & Cheese ($9.90) - Lacking of cheese and intense flavour. Portion was relatively small even for a relatively small eater like myself. Tasted bland and I even had to request for salt sprinkles. Milky and creamy but hardly cheesy. This is however a similarity across many Western-Korean fusion eateries offering their rendition of Mac&Cheese.

● 30cm Steal Frites ($21.90) Tasty salt and pepper-marinated steak. Sliced into strips which gives the illusion of a lesser portion but to count the included vegetables and fries, it is moderately substantial as a whole.
