The crayfish pasta holds a special place in the list of good food in sg. Paper wrapped so that the delicious aromas can explode out upon unveiling of the dish. Absolutely stunning. Crayfish was fresh and tender as well. A hint of spiciness also adds a layer of complexity to the dish
