Handmade Noodles

Finally tried A9 noodle dumpling after seeing @cweizhi's many posts about it! I had the spicy savoury noodles and they truly lived up the their name. I liked how the noodles were so springy too. Apart from tempura being very soggy, it was a good meal with an added tea egg! 😋

The noodles were thick and chewy. The tomato flavour is rich and there are quite a lot of ingredients too.

These noodles were slightly chewy and very refreshing with a slightly spicy flavour. It can also be ordered as a set with the Chinese handburger and a drink too.

Tried the noodles with fish in hot and sour soup. The colour looked really odd but it turned out to be really good! This is on the seasonal menu. We got the sets were you get to add a side and a drink. This place is on Burpple Beyond if you would like to try their noodles at one for one too! I was so hungry and got the sets before asking what was included for the deals 😅

Mala Beef Noodles with flat noodles and it was good as usual! The soup was really tasty because it wasn’t just laden with chilli oil so we liked it a lot.

Being a fan of hand pulled noodles I had to try Nuodle and was glad I did because their noodles are really soft and smooth in texture! I got the Sliced Beef Noodles which came with an onsen egg. The soup was rich in flavour, the beef was tender and the egg was cooked just right too 😋

One of my favourite places for handmade noodles, Xi’an Famous Foods never disappoints! I love their signature Biang Biang Mian which has their thick handmade noodles, cucumbers, tomato eggs, pork and chilli powder if you want it spicy 😋😋

I really enjoyed this. The noodles were so smooth and the mala broth was fragrant as well. It was a good amount of spicy and I liked it. I usually eat the noodles at their stalls in food republic but this one has a more extensive menu!

This was rich in flavour and the noodles were smooth and chewy. This originally comes with 面线 but I asked for the thick noodles and I enjoyed it a lot. I would have liked it more if it was more spicy!

Having heard so much about Lanzhou and their hand pulled noodles, I had to give this place a try 🤤 I got a mala beef noodles set (and I got to choose the type of noodles, side and drink), additional $4 for the set. I chose the thickest noodles and the side that has peanuts in it. The noodles ($9.50) were so smooth and went so well with the soup and thin beef slices 😍 Swipe to see more noodles 😋

Bing biang noodles are rather uncommon in Singapore and I really liked the biangbiang noodles here ($6). This consists of handmade noodles, eggs, tomatoes, pork and cucumber. There’s a no pork version at $5 too. I really like this place because the handmade noodles are chewy and smooth. The flavours for this were light and quite refreshing.
