Food In The West
The ingredients here are fresh with a huge variety! You get to pick your own and it will be charged by weight. There is no soup base charge too!
Flavor wise, it is spicy yet the flavor of the different spices blend well and infused into the ingredients. This is one of my go-to places in the west for ma la xiang guo. The service staff are friendly too. You may have to queue for a bit but it’s always fast to reach your turn. Highly recommended.

I tried NY night market when they first opened and the food was really good then! Mac and cheese was cheesy enough, and grilled beef steak had just the right amount of crisp outside and tenderness inside. After returning the second time, I realized the beef steak wasn’t as nice anymore. And with my third return, I can say it is unlikely that I would go back unless it’s for the Mac and cheese. This waterfall steak’s sauce was too much for the amount of cheese given. Bear in mind that portions are rather small here.
Love the fluffy eggs from egg stop in that brioche bun. Can be a little pricey but with burpple beyond I can now get them at one for one which makes it super worth it! I recommend the ham & cheese, smoked chicken and turkey bacon. Personally didn’t quite like the bulgogi cos it didn’t feel very special for the price paid.
