Went for lunch but was not impressed with the food. The bingsu was enjoyable and that saved the day.
Food was not too bad but we asked if they served any cakes and were disappointed that they stopped serving cakes a while ago. Hope they will bring cakes back to the menu.
The main courses were consistently disappointing but waffle was quite consistently good.
So far, we liked most items we tried there (sweet sour pork, gyoza, warabi mochi, teriyaki salmon etc...except for the fried ebi don. We enjoyed the exquisite cutlery used in the shop.
Nice change from the usual tonkotsu broth :) served with a piece of lime.
We ordered lamb, chicken kebab, mango curry and garlic naan. Food was good but I wouldn't expect anything less for the price we paid. The lamb was most disappointing (shown in picture) among the dishes we had as it was tough and dry.
Had the rice vermicelli, some fried French beans, Thai mango tofu, mango sticky rice etc. The tofu dish was good with very smooth tofu. The rest were mediocre.
Place was quite nice and food was decent. We found the Mexican seasoning refreshing and flavourful. The restaurant took extra care in presenting their drinks. Prices are slightly to the high side but reasonable for the quality of the food.
