The prawns were very succulent and the fish maw soaked up the XO sauce. For once I felt it was a little spicy for me. Downside of it being served in a claypot is you have to stir it to prevent the glass noddles from being burned.

Instead of being pounded flat, the pork chop was a thick piece of kurobuta pork breaded and deep fried till crispy. I found the meat a little hard though.
The fries were nice and stayed crispy even when cold.

Duck was perfectly done. Meat came off the bone easily but it was a tad too salty for my liking

My plumb and juicy drumstick from the mega half chicken order! The skin was very crispy and the chicken so hot and juicy so do wait awhile after it is served to eat it.
