The mix of fatty minced tuna, churned together with avocado and wasabi, brought out the fishy fatty flavour with a slight spicy kick. Spreading it on the plain bruschetta toast felt like an upscale tuna fish sandwich haha.
Aburi was a nice show of blowtorch scorching and then fresh fish into mouth immaculately accentuated with the ikura roe pearls. Yummers.
Chicken and Mushroom Aglio Penne ($12 nett). This place, which looks like it's run by at least one Italian, serves up pasta plates and sandwiches for lunch from $12-$20 in the heart of the CBD. Sadly, nothing to shout about. A little too light on taste and aroma.

The En Premium Sashimi ($28.90) had the thickest slices of sashimi Iāve ever seen which means super value for money š
Dinner date. Ordered the Super Lobster Maki. Really delicious and fresh. Will return for more.
