The mix of fatty minced tuna, churned together with avocado and wasabi, brought out the fishy fatty flavour with a slight spicy kick. Spreading it on the plain bruschetta toast felt like an upscale tuna fish sandwich haha.
Aburi was a nice show of blowtorch scorching and then fresh fish into mouth immaculately accentuated with the ikura roe pearls. Yummers.
