Grilled Spanish Octopus with Harissa (Maghrebi hot chili pepper paste) and Patatas Bravas.
Another great dish tonight, the grilled octopus was cooked to perfection with that smoky aroma flavour. It was well charred on the outside with tender interior. The spiced patatas bravas (potatoes) served together were pretty addictive, served with that harissa spice that give a perfect kick to the dish. It was darn delicious!!

Roast spring chicken, taro purĂŠe, roasted vegetables and red wine sauce.
The chicken breast was on the drier side, but the thigh was pretty well cooked. I love the roasted vegetables accompanying the dish, it was cooked to perfection and not soggy. đđť
180gm of Iberian Pork was sous-vide for 4 hours before roasting it, then glazed with pommery mustard, and served with creamy tangy mash.
How I wish my Iberican Pork could be much more photogenic, it did not do any justice to how delicious they were. OMG! The high marbling succulent pork shoulder secretes the umami juices, flowed inside your mouth as your bit into it and accompanied by pommery mustard glazed on it, totally compliment the balance of the entire palate of each slices. I loved the right amount of fats in it that created the melt-in-the-mouth sensation without feeling "jelak" and fatty. I just died and went onto the the heaven of Iberico Pork (Wagyu of Pork).

Pretty well cooked, and the seasoning was just about right. I love my beef to be medium rare doneness and the chef did it perfectly. đđť
300gm Iberico Rack Pork Chop with Barley Risotto, Baby Spinach, Shimeji Mushroom & Cherry tomato.
Okay, the lighting of this modern European fine dining is really bad, the pictures are totally not appealing at all and I truly understand how âphotogenicâ my food looks.
But on a serious note, the iberico pork was perfectly cooked and succulent. I was doubting on the serverâs recommendation for a well done pork literally as I usually have mine at medium, hence I chose medium well in the end. It was not so dry at all and pretty well cooked I must say.

This dessert platter had my inner child screaming with excitement especially the peanut butter popsicle, it just reminded me how much I LOVE peanut butter! Everything was so balanced with bittersweet chocolate, refreshingly sourness of the raspberry granita. I just dead with the perfect indulgence of dessert paradise. đ

The risotto, neither too runny nor mushy, is made with careful measurements. Each mouthful of the risotto is flavourful and has a decent bite of each grain of pearl rice. The scallop is cooked to perfection, char on the outside and succulent pinkness on the inside. It was so good that we had to order another serving of the crayfish risotto and forgotten to take a picture of it. đ

This meat platter consists of Josper oven grilled lamb, roasted chicken topped with mushroom cream sauce, US pork tenderloin, smoked cheese sausage, roasted egg plant and baby potatoes, served with black pepper sauce. The platter is divine. The lamb is notably more outstanding as it is not gamey or too tough to chew, as many lamb dishes tend to turn out. The beef is slightly charred on the outside and cooked to a perfect medium-rare doneness. Even the Pork Tenderloin and Chicken Breast has managed to retain a thorough tenderness with a pinkish centre. I was blown away!

This is the best Keto Friendly dish ever, the swordfish belly is perfectly charred on the skin and the meat was so tender, literally melts in my mouth. It served with chickpea hummus, olives and calabrian chilli. Thereâs nothing I would ask more for this dish, itâs so perfect.

This dish donât much but is the most yummious black olives topped with hazelnut pesto on sourdough served with grated cheese. One of the best and âlightâ appetizer I ever had.
