Korean
DIY Korean Bibimbap where you can choose the main ingredient (fish/chicken/beef), base (white rice, brown rice, soba, tofu etc), 5 basic toppings (beansprout, carrot, kimchi etc) and other optional add-ons (onsen egg, mushrooms etc). At the end, add their special homemade sauces, cover the lid, and shake it to mix it all up!
I got the cured salmon and soba (+$1) and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was! Even without the sauces, the food was very flavourful and tasty, and the salmon was fresh! The portions were alright too. Although I didn't expect the soba noodles to be so thin haha.
This dish tasted very distinctive Asian, with the sweet and savoury sauce that was slightly spicy. Kudos to the generous portions of ingredients!
This is part of the lunch menu. The ramen was essentially the Korean instant noodles, and the broth was quite spicy. But I did enjoy mushrooms and the huge serving (including side dishes) makes it quite value for money!
This is with a milk and cream base, but I thought it was more bland compared to the Ro Ppong-Roje. Nevertheless the jjamppong noodles is quite unique and chewy.
Assortment of seafood mixed in a very flavourful tomato and cream base! Plus the generous topping of mozzarella on top makes the dish even more rich and delicious! Which is also why you're likely to feel gelat after a while. Nevertheless I'll still return for this!
