The most popular dish which my Philippino friends swear by it. A dish of all occasions, much like a curry claypot with pork or beef shank
This creative dish brings new life to an oyster omelette dish, that I never existed in the Philippines. The omelette/pancake is in between our local Orh-Jian (蚝煎) and Korean panchan. It has the sticky Orh-Jian texture amidst the thick chewy panchan-like pan fried goodness, in fact I think they added gochujang, that red bibimbab sauce which is creative in a good way. And for the finishing touch, the lava! A creamy cheddar cheese was drizzled on, let it flow!
One of the better Lechon with flavours closer to Chinese palate. Melty fats, crispy skin and savoury meat, the pork factor is 100 satisfying!
