Drizzled with cheese and came with a serving of salsa, it was a perfect appetizer to start the brunch with.
bonus: the place is also #petfriendly! we requested for a beef patty (unseasoned) for our dog and they kindly acceded to our request. plus, you get to take your doggo out for a lovely walk along the riverfront afterwards 😉
another classic we ordered was their 𝐁𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 but it was nothing much to shout about.
we ordered their brunch special, 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐯𝐨 𝐓𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 which came delightfully stacked with a heap of smoked salmon + fresh avocado.
They have takeaway bentos now which are pretty value for money (+15% off for self pick up on Grabfood). Ordered the Duck Rice set and it came with wheatgrass tofu + some appetizers.
This is the OG SEY chicken dish from Sim Lim 👍🏻 It’s usually flooded with office workers during lunch, and they recently opened a new outlet at Downtown East. Still my go to whenever I’m craving it.
This was so value for money! 🙊 Ordered the Aburi Salmon don ($10.90) which came with 8 thick slices of fresh salmon, and added on a slab of foie gras ($10). Ugh so good, and I’ll gladly have this every week.
I love the bcm from this stall (corner stall on the first row), it’s so good everytime! Plus they implemented a buzzer system so it’s much more convenient to go off and buy other food now :D
Had a nice brunch here, plus points for the ambience :) I had the chili crab pasta and my partner had the bagel eggs benny. Both dishes were not bad and def value for money (we used a Chope voucher). Ordered the truffle mayo curly fries as well but it came as straight fries and they didn’t even bother to tell us beforehand. Nothing to shout about, just normal fries with a dip...
This place is also pet-friendly so we brought our dog along, and there were so many other dogs there! Highly recommended to make a reservation because it was bustling even at 3pm.
We ordered this dish after seeing multiple reviews on Burpple, but it’s not as good as we expected! Perhaps it’s cuz we went late at night, but the crackling was way too hard and overcooked.
Crabmeat pasta was pretty good and generous w their toppings! My bf had the kurobuta pork chop and he loved it as well.
I can’t stop raving about La Nonna since we went on a Sat night. First, the food is insanely delicious and generous with their portions!! I had the crabmeat pasta and it was chock full of crab meat in every single bite, even in the tomato cream sauce. I very rarely finish my food, and I ate every single drop of this dish.
My bf had the Parma pizza and it was vvvv big and generous with the toppings as well. We used 1 for 1 Entertainer and this was so worth it.
Furthermore, their service is amazing. We brought our dog along and they even gave a bowl of water for her 😋 We’ll def be back again!
We ordered the crayfish roll, some bao (under the mains) and a berries hot cake. The crayfish roll was pretty generous with the toppings but really tasteless? It was slathered in some mayo kind of sauce but it was STILL tasteless 🙁 The berries hot cake was also drier and not as fluffy as I remember it to be.... Overall still pretty expensive for a disappointing brunch at $60+ despite using Entertainer for 1 for 1 mains.
