Seafood &Burgers

It's a small shop tucked at the corner of the road. It seems like there isn't a crowd when i reached at 12.40pm on a Friday. But, was told that the wait would be 35min long. The team seems busy, alittle frantic &disorganised when taking in my order. Only gave me a receipt upon my request. No queue number, nothing.

Got my order of 2 lobster rolls (1 maine style &another with mentaiko). They simply called out the items, checked my receipt &viola, mine. What if there's another person who had the same order as me? 🤔

The bread is pretty crusty and fluffy. Lobster meat was definitely a decent portion! A steal for the price, i would say! Lobster doesn't taste particularly sweet but for the price, no qualms. Ambience of dining there would be a 0 out of 5 stars. If you dont mind that, this hearty seafood bread is super value for money. Maybe, it'll be a good idea to dabao it back to office &savour it in a more comfortable environment.

The place has really pinterest-worthy interior! the burgers lack meat juices but thankfully they’ve an array of sauces available (orange sauce, vegan mayo, bbq &chilli). Mint-elderflower thirst quencher is ace ✨ Lunch set is really value for money - includes burger, side, thirst quencher &a hot beverage (post meal) for just +$5.

Singtel's promo of 1 free crab lured me to this place! It was our very first time trying curry crab. It's served in a claypot, surrounded by lotsa lemongrass, brinjal &lady's fingers. The gravy was great as an onsen for your fried mantous! Not too jelat &i drank quite a few spoonfuls of it. The crab thou not big (about 600-700g), was really fresh. The meat was firm!

We also got a small serving of clam beehoon soup which i fell in love with. The broth was lightly sweetened by the abundant clams in the claypot, coupled with the light scent of the thin ginger strips. It's one of those perfect rainy day food for the soul!

1 curry crab + 1 clams beehoon + 1 sweet potato leaves + 6 mantous + 1 lime juice for less than $30. Strongly recommended for all fellow foodies who're part of Singtel's clientele!

We had a variety of their lobster dishes - Mac&cheese, Steamed, Grilled &Chilli Lobsters!

Mac&cheese has some small cubes of lobster and creamy sauce binding the pasta together beneath that baked cheesy top. Nothing special to shout about, you may skip it &just dive in to the whole live lobsters!

Our favourite is the whole live lobsters, steamed! SUCCULENT FIRM LOBSTER MEAT WITH ALL THE SWEET JUICY GOODNESS RETAINED IN IT! soooooo good &we had so much joy picking the meat out from the large pincers &legs. Don’t just throw away the legs, they’re really packed with lots of sweetness from the sea! MUST TRY!

Set sail to this place after seeing a picture of their lobster roll on instagram! Boy, this burger totally stole the limelight off the crustaceans.

+$8 to change the Angus patty to Wagyu! Totally worth it! The wagyu gives this favourable fragrance in every bite. Juicy Goodness! Would have been perfect if the fries were crispier.
