Bandung Food
This is a beef stew with a local twist. The soup is coconut based hence it’s spicy tasting like mee soto soup flavour. Meat is tender and tasty. Mixed the soup with the rice and it’s super yummy! Comes with a sambal chilli sauce that goes well with the beef and the crackers.
Bandung produces strawberries. Hence it’s a good choice to get this when dining in Bandung. It’s a very refreshing drink to start a meal.
This Sudanese dish is deliciously done. It’s crispy on the outside and tender inside. Most of other fried duck I’ve eaten are dry and bland inside. Also this dish is done with fried coconut bits that added flavour to it. Try it when you go to Bandung.
