Mentaiko Katsu Burger - Snuggled between two brioche burger buns was a crispy pork cutlet patty, generously peppered with seaweed and topped with mentaiko sauce. The bun was slightly crumbly; I would have liked if the burger buns held up better. The patty, on the other hand, was nicely-done, delectable and flavourful. The seaweed added a layer to the taste but turned soggy quickly in the presence of the mentaiko sauce; I will recommend to eat the burger fast to enjoy it fully.
