First time trying @kamsroast_sg to my surprise it’s actually pretty darn good, especially the roasted duck is my favourite of the night! Noodle was cooked to al dente which I love, goes damn well with the char Siu and mixed sausages (pork & goose). 🦆
My next favourite dim sum restaurant after Wah Lok at Carlton Hotel. Everything were so yummious, and it’s definitely a spot I would return again.

I know I should watch my cholesterol, but this is just too yummy to resist! I had to scoop up the yam paste (it’s the way I like it, less fattening too) before my friend mixed it with the oil to create the yam purée. It’s a must order!
I love the smooth texture of the cooked Chinese Spinach, it was so delicious whether there are in the soup or stir-fry. The addition of both salted egg and century egg take it up a notch with the savoury taste and garnished fried anchovies (Ikan Bills).
Other than the Chilli Crab which my family would usually order because its definitely better than Jumbo's, the black pepper crab is also another must order dish if you prefer the spicy kick than sweet tomato chilli crab.
Even though it was deep fried, but it wasn’t too greasy at all it was crispy and well fried. I love how they topped with shredded cucumber and sweet chilli on the side rather than drain over it. It remain the exterior crunchiness with soft and smooth inside! My favourite dish!
This is a Chinese version of “Ayam Penyat” – Deboned, roasted to perfection. It was juicy, tender and the crispy skin was to die for! Served with unique spring onion, garlic, ginger and probably a pinch of lime dipping sauce and it was so addictive!
Didn’t see it coming but the tastiness of the restaurant’s NEW signature Clam “He Fen” (or “Hor Fun”) was damn delicious that I couldn’t resist second serving!
This is my first time ordering this dish, but no regrets! This dish is so damn good, it has steamed egg at the bottom that induced with all the crabbie juicy. YUM!
This is probably the best ORH NEE I ever had in Singapore, it’s so thick and flavorful. The ginkgo nuts were perfectly roast, cooked and blended so well together. Very fragrant and smooth without being too sweet or oily.
Ithink this have been prepared and left at the counter for awhile, as it was just warm after being served. I do hope it was served hot and maybe a little more crispy-er though. .

Overall the experience is just so-so, I think it’s more probably just gonna be my only time here for the the hype of it. If I do crave for Hk, I would choose to either fly over or to go Honolulu instead.

The Pork is really on the dry side, nothing so special and fantastic about this at all.

Overall the experience is just so-so, I think it’s more probably just gonna be my only time here for the the hype of it. If I do crave for Hk, I would choose to either fly over or to go Honolulu instead.
