Vegetarian Food
Affordable and yummy vegetarian food!
Since Bendemeer Food Centre is closed for renovation for three months, it is time to explore the other alternatives around Bendemeer and Boon Keng area. Enjoying todayās lunch @yuan_bistro , their scrambled tomato egg with brown rice is simple yet yummy at the same time.
Definitely will visit the bistro in the future to try the other items from the menu.
Introducing one of my favourite vegetarian tze char which I have tasted till today. I have enjoyed their signature sweet and sour delight and it taste really good, in fact it taste much nicer than some of the non vegetarian version sweet and sour dishes. Personally, I like the sauce and it was crispy and tender at the same time.
Their Steamed Jade Wrap, Home made yam treasure ring and their penang sambal king was shiok as well.
Thank you to my dear friend who have introduced and brought me to this plant based specialty restaurant previously and thus me returning here for the second time.
Quoting from their website āIf plant-based ingredients could be creatively put together to achieve great taste, more people around the world would be happy to embrace quality plant-based food in their everyday livesā. Indeed, we were blessed and truly enjoyed the food served. Definitely gonna revisit Whole Earth, a michelin guide restaurant in Singapore.
The fish bee hoon soup ($4.50) is light, the broth is not too milky yet remain tasty š. On the other hand, I am slightly disappointed with the creamy fried mushroom as it is not as good as expected. It gets a little jelat after eatinng a few pieces, would prefer their cereal abalone mushroom instead. But afterall, the food at forest dew vegetarian is still goodš š 23 Bendemeer Road

One of the best vegetarian tze char which I have ever tasted. Their signature sweet and sour delight taste so good, in fact it taste much better than the non vegetarian version! Personally, I like their brinjal as well, the outer texture was crispy and the brinjal was soft and juicy. We felt that their ācheeky monkeyā is a little bit too cheeky, I mean salty š . Well, but it is not till the extent that it is unbearable for us š¬. Their mee suah taste really yummy as well, the noodles were springly too. Many thanks to my friend who have introduced and brought us to this plant based specialty restaurant. Quoting from their website āIf plant-based ingredients could be creatively put together to achieve great taste, more people around the world would be happy to embrace quality plant-based food in their everyday livesā, we would like to say that indeed we were blessed and happy when we were enjoying the tasty dishes. š
It has been quite a while since we last visited Greendot. Indeed, it is still one of the fave vegetarian food place which I enjoy visiting. This time round we have decided to try something different and we have ordered the tom yum mushroom bowl and laksa mushroom bowl. We particularly love the laksa soup as it was really tasty and it wasnt too spicy or oily at the same time. šPaya Lebar Square

Something simple & light for the comfort. The vegetarian kway chap from å„åŗ·ē“ é£ is indeed a comfort food, though the portion can be quite small at times and it is not enough to fill our tummyš¤£ But its okay, thereās always room for dessert for stomach.
