Salmon cooked just nice (what I’m always looking out for), a good variety of ingredients that make the dish interesting enough! Especially love the barley included with quinoa, it’s not very common to come by :-) Plus the dou ya!!
When it first arrives, it may not look impressive or substantial for its price tag, nor do the ingredients suggest specialty that cannot be recreated at home. But oh boy, biting into the paper-thin crisp rim of egg white, you marvel at the way it’s been fried to perfection. And then the salmon, pulls apart into a tender pink, just nice - even a hint of the freshness of the fish. Don’t worry the soba is never mundane, complimented in the concoction that is mushroom juices, furikake, and sour cream as you desire. Very worth.
