Nicely fried fish with chilli crab sauce π¦ and sweet potato fries for sides. Was initially contemplating on getting this because usually cafes serve chilli crab sauces that taste more like tomato than chilli π π»ββοΈ - and later decided to have the sauce on the side. Surprisingly the sauce was not tomato-ey and actually has a tinge of spiciness with shreds of egg. I also appreciate how the sweet potato fries are not heavily salted and not overdone.
Overall it was a satisfying meal. π
Fuss-free quality burgers for less than $7
Went there twice and tried their buttermilk chicken and signature (beef). The beef burger wins buttermilk hands downsideupways ππ» The buttermilk sauce gets jelak towards the end and left a very unpleasant sick feeling in me that koi did not wash down. The beef however was surprisingly smokey and had depth in flavour. Also they only have 1 sidedish option and no drinks - so be prepared to leave hungry if you've an appetite.

Really good flavours on the meat. Ordered medium rare and it was perfect ππ»Went there for lunch on a weekday, I think we waited about 30minutes for this. (Too damn long imo) The kitchen is separated by a glass so you can see the chef barbecuing your and smoking your food. We came out smelling alittle smoked too π One of the best steaks I've had in Singapore. But fries were very average.

To be frank, this was disappointing.
Half the menu is not available - ordered Spicy Coney with pork sausage and it was not spicy at all. Bun got soggy fast and it became quite difficult to eat. Fries portion was good but reeeally dry. The frank itself lacks depth and flavour, I think the toppings overpowered whatever tastes the frank had. Not good at all.
& the dog is too small for the bun.

Nice environment and restaurant is surrounded by many interesting bars. Place can get alittle noisy.
Was served with a complimentary glass of wine upon seating. Food is on the prices side but one of the better steaks I've had. Fries are thin, crisy and nicely seasoned. Steak may look small in the photo but there's a second serving of steak when you're done with this.
Overall a pleasant dining experience.

Chicken was juicy but small and skin crispy along the edges.
No idea what the sauce is but it's underwhelming and did not feel like it elevated the dish in any way to me. Sides were below average - sweet potato wedges were tough and not flavourful, broccoli is even sadder because there was only one.
If you're looking for affordable western food, I would recommend Astons over this any day.

Had my steak medium rare and it was thinly cut and flavoured well. π΄
Each main came with 2 sides so we ordered different sides to share plus their complimentary ππ₯π₯ basket. For sides we had - asparagus, mushrooms, truffle fries and salad. Not sure what they used for salad dressing but it was pretty good! π₯π₯ The other sides were kind of normal to me, nothing to hype about.
The lamb was good too, soft and evening cooked on the inside. I would definitely recommend the lamb over the steak though just because it has more variety on the plate. π½
Ambience is surprisingly noisy considering it's on the upper floors of Ngee Ann City. Service is limited and slow but tolerable.
