Cake

A top layer of sponge cake, cheese, durian and crust. It was advertised as a cheesecake but everyone thought it was an ice cream cake. It was very delicious!! Birthday lady was very happy.

Mom said that when she collected the cheesecake and felt its weight (heavy), she knew that it would be a good cheesecake and she was right .. the cheesecake was creamy but not too heavy and the sweet jam complemented it really well. However I am used to cheesecakes with thicker crust base and this one seems realllllly thin? Oh well, perhaps to make space for more cheese? Anyway mom loved the cheesecake so much that she’s going to get the durian one for her birthday😅 I think the best cheesecake I have ever eaten is still from TCC!

Beautifully designed but very weak chocolate flavour. Did not expect much as it was a last minute purchase. Will not buy again

Tiny and pricey but nicely designed cake. Expected a richer chocolate taste but it was really just “okay”, nothing much to shout about.

Fragrant but quite bland taste wise. Parents loved it though, mom said it reminded her of the cake her mom used to make. Perhaps it’s more appealing to the older folks.
