Laska Pasta - Not your usual kind of red orange laska, but this creamy laska can spice up your life too. The laska taste was present and spicy despite it being creamy, and generously topped with chunks of crabmeat! A little sad as the noodles were overcooked, too soft.

Crispy buttermilk chicken - nothing special about it. The other side of the fried egg was burnt, all black. Small chunks of kimchi between the base of the burger bun and the chicken. So-so for this burger.

I could really taste the original (eggs and butter) flavour in this pancake... fragrance and yummy! There are even slices of banana inside each pancakes. It could be better if I am given more ice cream, the tiny scoop of ice cream is too pathetic....

“tired” of it after few bites as the grilled salmon was too dry .. would be better if there is more sauce too.

Located inside a temple, you might missed out this unique cafe without knowing! It is more than just a cafe, there’s a shop beside it that sells lots of Peranakan items - from clothes to textiles to decorative.

Ordered Laska, Mee Siam and Curry Chicken. Suitable for spicy lovers as the food are all quite spicy. The laska broth is thick and creamy, however there’s no cockles (hum) inside. It’s not an issue for me as I don’t really fancy cockles. I love the achar that comes together with the curry chicken rice, seldom you see achar being served together with curry chicken rice. As for the mee siam, nothing special except for its big portion of mee.

Looking at this glossy shiny beautiful “donut”, how can I have the heart to eat it? Too beautiful!

A refreshing taste - lemon mousse inside, covered with strawberry jelly and pistachio sponge.

I underestimated this Salted Egg Prata Bomb, it really is a 💣! The mess on the table was because I cut the prata and all the salted egg just squirted out! My heart cannot take it! 😱

Anyway this is way better than salted egg with croissant. The prata is soft and buttery, with so much salted egg sauce flowing out from inside! Over generous portion of salted egg suace!

Huge thick toast of yummy treasure! Best to share with 2-3 pax. When cut open the toast, you can find many small cubes of bread inside.
