All About Ramen
($9.90) I opt out for handmade noodle. I decided to try it out for a long time. But they have different variety of sauce to put inside noodle to toss with. But I preferred to add some vinegar and chili if you order dry verison of noodle instead of soup verison. Noodle texture is not that bad as they didn't clump together. It's quite good chewy texture. The shrimp was quite normal.
(Regular Size - $12.90++) I finally tried their ramen at orchard ctrl lvl 7 after seeing them on google lol. But the soup broth was quite slightly heavy and thick texture on flavour. The noodle texture can be customised to your choice from soft to hard. I did choose medium noodle texture. I felt that it's not that bad tbh but the soup broth I felt it was a bit turned off for me.
($12.80) previously I didn't able to try it out but in ramen version. But it's much better than previous trip that I have tried it out. But I felt that their udon was quite hard and not that chewy texture in the past that they used have.
($13.80) hmmm we wanted to try it out for udon initally in the end but we went after movie ended. I didn't aware that the shop will be closing ard 9.15 p.m. on the weekdays night. Decided to try it out their ramen but I felt that their ramen was quite thin and not really having dent texture. But their tonkotsu really got a lot of fat inside the meat itself and also don't go towards to their closing hours.
My friend ordered regular size ($13.80) add on for Onsen Egg ($1.80). The soup broth taste like minced meat but slightly strong for me.
Butashoga Ramen ($9.90)
It's under best selling ramen from takagi. I wanted to try it out previously but I missed it out a couple of time. So I did really tasted for sweet ginger on pulled pork but it's quite tough and hard to chew through.
Decided to try it out for Supa Signature Ramen ($8.90) (Takeaway - 50 cents)
hmmm I felt that their ramen is quite normal tbh and not much unique. I felt that their chashu is not much flavour inside.
Pork Chop with Preserved Vegetable Tonkotsu Ramen ($11.50) wanted to try a photo of noodle 🍜 but it just failed terribly. Wanted to give a quick reviews about it so that I just felt bloated and too full already after eating ramen 🍜.
Prawn 🍤 Dumpling 🥟 Shrimp Ramen 🍜
Ebilko Prawn 🍤 Paste with Chilli 🌶 Vinaigrette Ramen 🍜 ($12.50)
Big Prawn & Braised Pork with Shrimp 🦐 Ramen 🍜($18.90) didn’t wanted to understand why my mum didn’t order this bc probably need to deshell shrimp 🍤 and since this place is under prawn specialty shop
Heard Buta Kin before since opening Downtown Line back when I still studying poly around 2015 and didn't really wanted to explore there at that time. But I think I should be making a trip to Beauty World for food and my friend said I will be doing it most of time. Travelling for food is one thing that I wanted to do most of time. If you didn't what to order from Buta Kin, you should be ordering Special Tonkatsu Ramen ($7.50) and trying their broth and ramen out. Oh yes, they got different kind of broth from original, black (garlic), red (spicy) and vegetable (non-meat) and making a lot of variety for the Tonkatsu Ramen. I didn't really like their ramen and it's quite normal tbh. Their charshu was really hard to chew lol and don't be impressed me at all =.= but their half boil egg made me so wow and got that yolk flowing out. I really wanted to try Top One Handmade Noodle and also BIG BOYS Sizzling next time for lunch :")))))
