Craving for tendon and after some deliberation, decided on Ami Ami because it's still the most well rounded tendon place for great food, service, ambience and price tag. Tendon at $18.80 before service and tax.

A Chinese oasis away from the shopping crowd, Imperial Treasure Fine Teochew never fails to deliver in their quality of food. You cannot go there and not try the Chinese Arrowroot Herbal Soup and the Minced Mushroom Steamed Dumplings.

Missing this yum cha session from a few weeks back...I think it's time for another round of dim sums soon!

Eleven pieces made up of salmon roe, raw scallop, zuwai crab, sea urchin, salmon, minced raw tuna & spring onion maki. I also like getting their pumpkin korokke with its salad to feel I'm getting some form of healthy greens for the day. 😅

Capellini tossed with spiced salted egg yolk cream. So silky it makes me wonder if I'm having scrambled eggs or pasta. And a serving of cocktail prawns with Thai basil.

Table for 2. From clockwise: half a grilled squid, aburi salmon sushi, assorted vegetable tempura, baby snow crab tempura and the hotate sushi with truffle paste in the middle for the win.

One of the first things I'd order and I know I shouldn't, but I leave it alone on the table just to prolong the waft of truffle before I succumb to its sweetness. 😅
