Tasted some of the muffins and chiffon from Chocolat N Spice! Some of them are Banana Walnut and Panda Chiffon! .
Traditionally dressed looking Muffins and Chiffons might seem decent and simple looking but the content of the ingredients, skills and effort in baking these pasteries are indeed remarkable!
.
Cakes are moist and fluffly, fragrant and yummy upon each bite. Texture are soft and comfortable to feel. Also their crust are slightly crunchy which adds on to the layers flavour and taste of the muffins!
.
Overall, experience are indeed WOW after having these cakes and muffins and Thank You @alhsx and @burpple for recommending this stall during the guide!:)

Tasted this aesthetically plated Berries French Toast ($12) from One Man Coffee at Upper Thomson Road!

French Toast was slightly better than what ive eaten before [above than average], accompanied with a scoop of Creamy Ice Cream and topped with refreshing Red Berries on top!

Bread was fluffy and fragrant. With its inner layer being soft and outer layer being slightly crispy!

Yeap! Love the experience!

Fact about One Man Coffee: Coffee Roasters are from Axil (Melbourne, Australia) and Nylon (Singapore) and Chocolate are from Grounded Pleasures from (Victoria, Australia)! Yeap! Love the experience!

[Lai Heng Fried Kuey Teow]

Tasted this plate of Kuey Teow which was slightly more moist than what we used to have, which are commonly charred and slightly burn!
.
Dark sauces and flavour are well mixed, with well balanced seasoning! Taste was definitely better than average and still have its fragrant and noodles that are not too salty or oily! It's more of those lesser oil dishes which taste like a plate of authentic local kuey teow!

Otah was complemeting the noodles well, adding more to the spicy punch flavour to it without being overwhelming!:)

[Ding Ji FishBall Noodles]

Tasted this bowl of Fish Maw Soup and Mee Pok by DingJi at one of the Coffee Shop situated in Bishan!
.
Fish Maw Soup broth seems a little cloudy in a special way! Its not those clear soup we often tasted! Broth comes with a handful of ingredients like Pig liver, Fishball, Minced Pork and Fishmaw! Its rare to have FishMaw in a coffee shop mee pok concept, hence its definitely an eye opening experience to me!

Soup tasted pretty sweet and tasty, seems like many effort are put in to create such effect, also its rich and really heartwarming and comforting!

Noodles are surprisingly amazing to me! Love it alot and sauces blends in well and perfectly! Thanks @burpple and@alhsx for the recomendation!

[SIN MING Roti Prata]

Tasted before quite a few prata places! Sin Ming Roti Prata is one of the few places that was really nice and really worth to go for!

Tasted their Coin Prata, found it really cute as its smaller and 'round-er' than what we used to see! .
To compare with others, i would say this prata place offers a more crispy-er Crust, soft and chewy-er inner layer and tasty-er but less Oily-er than others! HAHA!
.
Curry are more towards the salty-er version but goes pretty well with the Prata! However, Sugar its still my Prata to-go-with!
.
Nevertheless, it was a great experience and i will defintely drop by when i happen to pass by!
