Absolutely delicious home-style cooking eatery just opened this March in the HDB neighbourhood. We ordered the 3 butterfly pea nasi sets at $6.90 which come with drink. The grilled chicken is tender inside and tasted like bak kwa on the outside. The lemongrass chicken is just as tasty and flavourful. Of all, I am really impressed by the tender juicy rendang chicken nasi lemak. The meat fell off easily from the bone. We had the warm herbal bak kut teh set which is slurpingly comforting, the cook even offered a free top up which made our day. Special mention to their 8 treasure cheng tng at $2 is refreshing and not too sweet. A friendly ambience and we will be back to try their prawn noodles and turnip kueh which was oos during our visit.

A hidden gem. Very aromatic cafe in the hdb, serving quality coffee. One sip already blew me away. Envy the residents who can pick up their coffee here daily.

Premium Horfun as its stall name and it lives up to be. All Horfun and rice are priced at $4.50 except for har cheong kai. We had 3 different orders..the seafood the fish Horfun and the mui fan. The Horfun is well packed in with wok hei. We slurped up to the last scoop of gravy. The stall is fast moving with the food serving so do not worry if you see a snake queue.

Hearty rice bowl. Hitting all the right spots. Char Siew bowl is $9 and the grilled chicken bowl is $11.90.

Norwegian salmon steak ($16.50) served with orzo salad, gremolata lemon zest. Good portion and impressive salad, the salmon steak has a well balance of both crispy skin and moist meat. This gonna list into my favourite good list.

香煎椰汁年糕 Pan-fried Nian Gao 3pcs @ $3.00, First sight is like oh gosh, what is this? No one is picking it up...So who ordered it must eat....blah blah blah.. Aha, it's me, so then it shall be me. First bite, it's like pretty tantalising, not overly sweet, a bit chewy, a bit sticky, soft texture of a nian gao with searing edges. It is now in my favorite timsum lists.
