Taman Tun (TTDI) Area
I'm impressed with the variety they have here. Apart from being able to curate your own salad bowl/wrap, their smoothie bowls are just as good too.
This time I tried their version of a vegetarian nasi lemak bowl (RM20.90 with tax etc). This turned out turned out to be so filling and delicious! Brown rice was used together with generous portions of pumpkin, mushrooms, cauliflower, a whole egg, tofu (I think), cashew nuts, cucumber, chips and alfalfa on top of it all. No sambal was used, instead, a curry-like sauce (not spicy) binded the dish as a whole.
I loved that cashew nuts was used and one thing that stood out was the cauliflower, which had a smoky taste to it which was unique! All in all, thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The prices may seem off putting at first but you get what you pay for (if not more).
Tip: use Favepay to get discounts in the future!

Soft and minimalistic interior which was so comfortable and I could easily spend one whole day here! Perfect for getting work done in my opinion. The people were friendly and helpful too.
Although prices here are abit higher than most, but the quality was obvious and it made the tiny price difference worth it. These guys know their coffee. I ordered a hot matcha latte (Rm12) and Fish n Chips (RM20). The matcha might have been a tad bit too strong for my liking (it's only my 2nd time trying a cup of matcha latte) but I thought the viscosity of it as a whole was perfect!
The fish n chips was a pleasant surprise as 2 Dory fishes were stacked on top of each other and it was served with sides of huge waffle cut fries and peas with a dressing I couldn't identify. The peas tasted so good with a splash of citrus and I think a hint of garlic and onion. The garlic aioli sauce served with the dish was light and went well with everything on the plate.
Would definitely be back!

There is no mistaking that the interior is amazing but I can't say the food is above average because it was just average.
Ordered the combination special pho (RM19.90) which includes various forms of beef, the grilled lemongrass chicken bahn mi (RM12.90), and the flan dessert (RM5.90).
The broth for the pho tasted alright, it wasn't anything to shout about. Make sure to check your dish as to whether any beef balls were in there because there wasnt any in ours at first but the waiter was quick to apologise and gave us some. I would say the same goes for the bahn mi, an average dish. The serving is big and I guess that makes up for the price you pay for both dishes.
The flan dessert, however, was what I enjoyed most as the texture was just nice and it didn't come across as too sweet (altho I am a huge sweetooth).
All in all, I've tried better pho for half the price with more meat. Although I understand that quality meat is being used, the food just seemed to lack a little oomph to it when paired with the price I paid, I felt like I was paying more for being able to be seated in such a pretty place.

Menu description: Served with caramelised bananas, walnuts, salted caramel sauce, nutty crumble and berry coulis.
This was a pretty delicious dish! (Looks good tastes good too) The texture of the pancakes were light and fluffy as stated, the tangy berry sauce mixed with salted caramel was heavenly. Would love to be back just for this!

Really tasty fish and chips, loved the tartare sauce which wasn't as heavy as other ones I've tried. The fish was fresh and the batter perfect, wasn't really oily. Once again, the fries were really good. Abit pricey though.

Pita chips was nice and something different. Mac N Cheese was okay, the spiced chicken inside tasted good. An alright dish.

Double smoked beef brisket, folded organic duck egg, cheddar, lettuce, tomato and house made BBQ sauce on sourdough toast, served with fries.
A delicious and really filling dish. The fries was so good! But the price is just too high..

2 big pieces of succulent and juicy chicken seasoned perfectly! The caramelised lemon squeezed onto the whole thing added so much flavour to it. The avocado and green leaves gave a refreshing taste to the chicken too.
