Absolutely didn't expect this to be so good. It doesn't pack a lot of flavour but you can taste the freshness and earth-iness of each ingredient! Great work plating the dish too. Loved it! 😋

So glad that we chose to get this even though it wasn't a best seller or one of those items that are specially "badged" on a menu.

We were pleasantly surprised by the thickness and juiciness of the patty coupled with just enough mentaiko sauce to make it a delightful dish. The truffle fries were also a welcome additional unlike the normal ones we usually have elsewhere. 😋

Found this place on Burpple after being stuck at Siglap and I'm really glad we tried this out! I even doubted myself when I felt that this pizza was superb due to hunger. But as I gobbled I can confirm that this was a really awesome box of pizza (they serve it in a box even though its not a takeaway). The crust was perfect; not overly thin like other brands' yet still manages to maintain its crispiness with ample filling. The main combination of smoked duck, mozzarella cheese and rosemary was sublime. Highly recommend. 😋

P.S. I regretted not having the 12 inch one at just $3 more...

Turkey bacon was well cooked. I liked that the toasts were crunchy. Pity that the hollandaise sauce wasn't as good as expected. But for the price it's value for money. 😋

This is a real highlight at Hustle Co with salmon steak, salmon roe and rosti all in one dish. The salmon and rosti combination might seem contrasting at first but the sauce managed to bridge the gap between them resulting in a very refreshing and tasty product. Try it! 😋
