Sandwiches are handcrafted from scratch. Meat is made in-house, such as the mexican pulled beef ($8.90) which is marinated then slow cooked for 13 hours. One is also able to choose the type of artisan bread (my favourite has to be garlic oregano loaf), toppings and housemade dressing. Quite a good place for lunch too - weekday lunch sets go for $9.90 nett with drinks and fries included!

One of my favourite places to stop by for a delicious snack. This places supplies the best pita in the country to some of the best restaurants, so you know you're in for a treat! My favorites are the wholemeal and za'atar pitas, served warm alongside their superbly creamy hummus. Say yes when he asks if you take spicy, and you'll be rewarded with a lovely dusting of chili powder. Loaded with whole chickpeas and hard boiled eggs, this was divine. I also loved the really simple, no frills environment, just sitting along the walkway at Bali Lane and snacking on these beauties 👌🏻

Try the secret menu Beef-Ucken (turkey bacon, beef patty, fried chicken) with truffle fries ($22)! Spicy drumlets ($11.50) was decent, but the Gula Melaka Shake ($10) is the best!

Grilled beef patty with avocado! Good serving of avocado, big portion too. Patty juicy and smoky! Fries were nice. But I think it's a little pricey for a burger.. $20? Tater tot was good though!

Crazily affordable, crazily huge portion, crazily worth it; this place never disappoints! Tried the cheesy fish & chips today and the fish was super crispy and tender on the inside, fries were crispy and on point, coleslaw was as amazing as always, and the amount given was really worth its price!

Also, HUGE news! They're accepting reservations starting TOMORROW (29 May)! Beat the queue and reserve a seat, especially during peak hours. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're hungry and low on cash 💸 Absolutely love love love this place, do come down to give it a try!

For lunch, their rice bowls come with free miso soup, salad and free-flow hot green tea.We gasped a little when they put this bowl on our table. What a nice and appetizing presentation!

Thank goodness it tastes as good as it looks. The salmon, rice, soup and salad were all approved by my lunch buddy. She struggled to finish the generous portions too.

Since I didn't eat much of this, I want to talk a bit about their service. I regret not asking for the name of the waiter in green baju melayu. Yes, they were all dress in baju kurung that day, so cute and festive! Our waiter was very attentive and kept his eye on the 1st floor tables. I mean, how many times have we encountered wait staff who are standing right in front of us, but their eyes and mind have wandered off to a land far far away? So, good sir in the green baju melayu, thanks for your service.
