Came across this newly revamped Thai eatery/restaurant along Mackenzie Road while driving. Roasted pork rice at $7.00, taste good with the green chilli. Not really crowded and parking is easy.
We feel that this stall sells the cheapest and most decent boat noodles. Ordered the big bowl for only $5 and this can definitely whet your appetite. We topped it up with boiled kang kong for an extra $2 and braised pork leg for $8. Not too bad if you want to have a local thai taste.
Priced at $5, this dessert taste very decent with a moderate combination of rose syrup and milk, topped up with red rubies and jackfruit slices. I would perhaps go for a second serving to satisfy my craving.
Nicely wrapped fragrant pad thai with omelette. A good main to serve 2 with sides. Priced at $8.90.
This is similar to the 'korean style' fried chicken but topped up with salted egg sauce. Deliciously sinful. Priced at $12.80 (before GST & service charge)
Taste abit like satay, however with tinge of tumeric and lemongrass which makes the dish unique. Priced at $12.80 (before GST & service charge)
This is not a usual pineapple fried rice from a tze char stall. It is topped up with generous portion of seafood and ingredients. Priced at $13.80 (before GST & service charge)
Fried rice with fresh prawns and mussels. Priced at $14.80 (before GST & service charge)
Good for people who are afraid of the spiciness/sourish that comes with tom yum soup. I wouldn't say this is an authentic tom yum soup but a soup base with a tinge of tom yum flavouring added to enhance its taste. Priced at $14.80 (+$2.00 for glass noodle) (before GST & service charge)
First time at this Thai restaurant at Orchard Central and we shared some mouth-watering fries while waiting for our main course. Fries taste really special with tom yum powder sprinkled on the top. Priced at $7.80 (before GST & service charge)
