Throwback to the only thing I had twice in a span of 4 days because it was JUST SO GOOD!

They have so many flavours that I should have had 1 every day during the week-long stay in Sydney!

This was a combo of one of their signature flavours, Dulce De Leche and one of their specia flavours, House of Tyrell (dark chocolate with blackberry and rose purée)

Super creamy and silky and just melting in your mind - All their flavours were bang on - I know coz I tried at least 10 other flavours before choosing these!

Essentially a French upside down apple pie to be had with ice-cream.. I was slightly skeptical ordering a non-chocolate item at Guylian (hence the mocha) but omg it was such a good decision! Smashing flavours!!

Warm buttery pastry, tangy soft apples and the sweet and cold whipped cream - After a long day of work and walking around the CBD this was just so comforting.. I won’t lie I have dreamt of this a few times since I’ve had it!

Thinking of all that dimsum we had that lovely Friday afternoon! One of those chillmax days in office!

We tried at least 8 different dimsums.. Favourite was the Sichuan Chilli Oil Wanton! Could have had the entire plate to myself.. .

The best part is their operating hours.. They close in the afternoon and open from 6 pm to 6 am WHOAAA! .

It’s a shame there’s no low-carb version of dimsums yet.. Unless you wrap minced meat in lettuce leaves.. But then its not dimsum.. it’s just not yum.. .

Picked the ‘low-carb’ option.. Fish and veggies.. But I was so not expecting this.. A very average meal with a bunch of carrot strips and 4 pieces of Bak-Choy? greens.. .

Not at all satisfied which made me turn to their desserts.. OMG their Peanut Butter Fudge hit the spot!! Made of 3 ingredients: Peanuts, Cacao and Coconut Oil.. Loved how it just melted into the mouth.. Over too soon but what a feeling.. Forgave the bad fish/ veggies 😝

Also want to give credit to be one of the first few places to have Keto/ Low-Carb options on the menu.. Which makes them totally legit.. .
