Fried oyster, mussel, boiled octopus, grilled unagi (eel), tamagoyaki (omelette), boiled shrimp, tuna, steamed crab, and fried white bait
Served with chicken karaage, chawanmushi, fruit and miso soup
Best for those wanted to eat seafood but do not take raw version. The oyster which was covered with a thin crispy breaded crust, was fat and juicy inside.

Father noted that there’s no orange and Ang Bao given for this year’s dinner. Service was a mess this year even when we were dining at the first timing slot. Table setting was not complete when we were shown to our table. No regular change of plates.

Using far infrared ray grill from Japan, high quality Angus beef from US was baked with carefully selected ingredients to bring out the savory surface and tender inside.

Falling in love 😍 with the rich creamy mentaiko mayonnaise. Wiped it clean..

Love the smooth texture of raw salmon with crunchy tobiko together.

Japanese style spaghetti with tomato ketchup sauce
Was surprised by the lovely smell of truffle. For one who usually avoid tomato based dishes as felt most were more sour than preferred, this was more on the savory side.

Interesting to serve on top of crispy toasts.

Cooked medium.
Tender meat, although a bit too bloody than preferred.

Served pipping hot, it was gooey and rich. Wish there was more slices of baguette 🥖 and more jam to go with. A yummy pair with the sweet onion jam.
