Self-Experiment

So, my boyfriend and I decided to cook sth different today. We finally came up with sweet & sour chicken dish! It was our first attempt and damn! It is tasty or what!

Love the flavors of the chicken as well as the tenderness of it. Never regret it.

So, my boyfriend has been craving for 🍝. And so, we decided to cook carbonara today so that he is able to pack this up and bring it to work for his dinner.

Ingredients: Salmon, turkey ham, carbonara sauce, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and chilli flakes.

First, we diced the salmon and marinate it with chilli powder together with black pepper. Then, I lightly sauté it. We then started cooking the other ingredients that are left. And there you go! Our version of cream carbonara is a success! 😍

Homemade cooked.
Ingredients: Macaroni, salmon, red chilli, onion, garlic, carbonara sauce, capsicum, black pepper.

Homemade dish. Ingredients: Baby corn, button mushroom, crab stick, boneless chicken. 😋

Specially homemade spaghetti with meatball, minced beef, mix vegetables, button mushroom and grated parmesan cheese.

Homemade toasted garlic bread and creamy scramble egg.

Self-cook dish. Ingredients: Crabstick, Kai lan, chicken breast, enoki mushroom, cauliflower and baby corn.

Self experiment. Ingredients: capsicum, button mushroom, dried chilli, boneless chicken, thick and gooey cheese.

Self cook. Ingredients are: fish cake, sausages, diced carrots, onion, garlic, prego sauce, noodles, parsley (for garnish).

Homemade tom yam fried rice. Ingredients: kailan vegetable, anchovies, chicken fillet, tomato, dried chilliest, onion, garlic, sliced button mushrooms and crab stick.
