...that chef rishi cannot take off his menu. love the fact that he insists on using locally-farmed producue, kuhlbarra.
don't call them quiche or the germans may kill u. Known as savory tart, these come wth fillings of spinach, mushroom or tomatoes.
And u tot german cuisine was all abt meats, eh?
