The chicken satay is well marinated and nicely grilled to create a smoky flavour without being too 'chao-tar' (burnt). Despite being a leaner cut, the meat retains it's succulence. You get a burst of juice when you bite into it. The satay sauce was also up to par. It is deliciously sweet punctuated with adequate spiciness. I can't resist myself from drinking it.

This has childhood written all over it for me. I remember my primary school days where I would look forward to the end of class to purchase these from a pushcart right outside my school. Crispy exterior with a tender interior. The texture is chewy and have a soft bite that taste superbly good with their sweet-spicy chilli sauce. Perfect as an afternoon or evening snack.
