The salmon skin was crispy and the meat was done just right. Love the accompanying roasted vegetables too. The brown sauce was a ittle salty but overall it's a good dish. Definitely worth $23 for this.

Fish Head Soup $5 from Eunos Crescent Market. Soup was thick (without milk) and taste good. I supposed they did not add MSG as I did not have the thirsty feeling after that.
