BRUNCH!
Find this cheerful cafe on the first floor along busy Jalan Telawi 3. Be sure to swing by with an empty stomach as portions are mighty generous, but since it's all healthy and good, weāre not complaining. There is also a Gut Bar for bottled kefir and kombucha, and an array of 'nice cream' ā guilt-free vegan scoops!

The space here is really pretty and besides that, the menu is quite extensive as well. The Mac and cheese is really delicious with chucks of prawns and loads of cheese. The Mac was nicely done unlike many places which make them too soggy.
There's strips of delicious beef hidden beneath the eggs. Super filling meal here and the place is pretty packed. Make sure u make a reservation if you're coming in a big group.
This was rly tasty and very Kai Wei also. The battered cauliflower was seasoned with some pepper flakes/spicy seasoning and tastes amazing with the wasabi mayo which rly packed quite a punch.
Warning tho, this is quite spicy and you might end up drink a little too much water before your mains even arrive.
Gosh this place is just beautiful. The food, the setting, the ambience, absolutely love it. Got some French toast for breakfast (they don't charge GST or service charge!) the toasts were slightly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The berries were super refreshing with a mix of sweet and sour flavours. The dish was drizzled with maple syrup and topped off with a scoop of ice cream (:
Although this was rly good, it might not be a good idea to have this all by yourself for breakfast š it was a bit too much at the end cos of the sweetness. And if you have the option to sit outside, I would recommend it! It's sheltered and there's a fan/1aircon thing so it doesn't get hot. The aircon seats in the first floor was where the kitchen was so you might smell like your food when your done š
This place is a gem! Prices were super reasonable and free of GST and service charge š¤
Located right above one north MRT station this place was pretty accessible. Upon arrival the place was super packed and we thought we had to queue for a long time. Turns out someone was having a party haha but we manage to get seats immediately.
Got the scrambled eggs ($6) which comes with greens and a piece of amazingly soft Hokkaido bread. I topped up the dish with a slice of ham and chicken sausage.
Let me just starts with the eggs. Although it looks a bit too cooked, it was perfect. The right amount of creaminess and texture, lightly seasoned with black pepper. The bread and the scrambled eggs went really well together.
We had their bread pudding as well. Ordered the coconut and banana which came with a scoop of ice cream. It costs about $6 and we thought that was really worth our money. Wished that the coconut taste was stronger but u can subtly taste the grated coconut in the bread pudding.
Definitely a nice place to just chill. The place is a little small, if u can't find a seat don't fret! There are many cafes around this area as well!
