Cafe Food - Yayy Or Nahh.
Reasonable portion with fresh greens and creamy avocado cubes. The grilled chicken chunks were using thigh meat, would prefer breast but no complain on that. Only that the chef was too generous in salad oil, supposed to be balsamic dressing but the greens were drenched in yellow oil..

In the heart of Raffles City, you will find the latest PS. cafe that has a building-within-a-building concept. Clear glass garden feel design is just so gorgeous. One of the must order here would definitely be the Truffle shoestring fries. For a reasonable $15, you will get a huge pile of fries served on tray with thick layer of shaved parmesan. Sadly, the truffle aroma was far gone when we were only digging half way through the plate.

Generous amount of truffle mayo and shaved parmesan piling on that mountain of house cut curly fries. Satisfied even by its look. Would love to come back for it and also to try Bangkok fried chicken the next time. Such a petty that the waffle machine was out of order.. didnāt get to try their signature cornbread waffle along with the fried chicken.

It looked so fierce on the menu, charcoal hot devil fried chicken š„š„š„. Nope, itās nothing hot and spicy... sweetness was overpowering. Its tasty but just doesnāt match its look and name. $30 for half portion is not cheap.. good try but not again.

Saw most reviews recommending Lebanese, but it didnāt impress me at all. Marinated with simple dry herbs and drizzled w honey-sweetness. The chicken was indeed very tender. Overpriced, would rather go for our all time favorite - OFC.

Went for their highly raved (limited period) 'autumn truffle fries', which comes with freshly shaved truffles. The portion was no doubt huge, 2-3x of normal serving, with generous topping of shaved parmesan. But we were rather disappointed with the truffle aroma & taste. šThe shaved truffle was almost fragrant-less. The only mild truffle taste which I can detect were originated from the drizzled truffle oil. For $26, only the portion is worth complementing. Another popular dish we tried was the prawn paste wings. Half-split chicken wings were well marinated and deep-fried, served with house chilli sauce. Personally thought the chilli was nice on its own, but overpowering, and masking the taste of prawn paste. Lastly, we ordered another xmas menu item - black truffle risotto. Good combination of different textures, crispy parmesan chip, creamy mushroom base and juicy de-boned chicken wings! Only downside ... more like a funghi risotto. š
